Client Experience Officer
Katie joins Zoe Allied Health after more than 20 years as a primary school teacher. Her time in education shaped a deep appreciation for connection, encouragement and the positive impact people can have on one another.
She loves welcoming families and helping create a warm, supportive experience for everyone who connects with the Zoe team.
After two decades in the classroom, Katie brings extensive experience in communication, organisation and relationship building. She understands how important it is for families to feel heard, supported and confident when accessing allied health services.
Katie loves being part of a team that seeks to serve, support and celebrate each person who walks through the door, helping ensure every client experience begins with warmth and care.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of life on the Sunshine Coast.

Speech Pathologist
Marlee is a much-loved member of our Zoe team and a proud Sunshine Coast local with a strong connection to her community. She is known for her clinical excellence, creativity, and the genuine care she brings to every child and family.
With advanced training in early feeding, orofacial myology, and PECS, Marlee specialises in early communication, feeding, and social interaction for children with additional needs. Her neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative approach ensures care is practical and connected across home, clinic, and school.
Based full-time at our Caloundra clinic, Marlee also mentors students and supports educators and families with practical strategies. Her sessions are filled with warmth, laughter, and creativity, reflecting her belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered to communicate with confidence.
Senior Speech Pathologist
Amanda is a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist with over six years’ experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. Based across our Caloundra and Maroochydore clinics, she is known for her dedication, creativity, and the genuine care she brings to every child and family.
Her clinical focus includes speech sound disorders, bilingual language development, and AAC. Amanda leads our team in this area, using neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred approaches to help each child communicate in ways that work for them. She is trained in PECS, ABAC, and Hanen’s More Than Words, and collaborates closely with our allied health team.
A mum of two and a student supervisor, Amanda brings insight into the everyday challenges families face. Her sessions are filled with warmth, energy, and practical strategies that help children grow in confidence and connection.
Senior Speech Pathologist & Voice Therapist
Chiara brings over 25 years of experience to the Zoe team, supporting communication and swallowing across all ages. She has worked in private practice, schools, hospitals, and universities in Australia, the UK, and Ireland, earning a reputation as a skilled, versatile clinician.
She specialises in voice therapy, with a passion for helping singers, speakers, and children develop healthy, confident voices. From vocal fatigue to early performance coaching, Chiara draws on advanced training and a deep understanding of vocal wellness.
Known for her warm, family-centred approach, Chiara empowers clients with practical strategies and genuine care, helping children and adults communicate clearly and protect their voice for life.

Hannah leads our Speech Pathology Team, providing clinical mentorship, coaching, and student supervision. A strong advocate for early intervention, she empowers families, educators, and the broader community through practical education and support.
Based at our Maroochydore clinic, Hannah brings six years of experience supporting children aged 1–19 across speech, language, feeding, literacy, and social communication. She has advanced training in Gestalt Language Processing and deep experience in autism assessments and reporting.
Known for her warmth and creativity, Hannah makes therapy playful and empowering—celebrating every child’s progress with slime, play dough, and laughter. She regularly partners with local kindergartens and schools to equip educators and families with tools that make a real difference.
Speech Pathologist
Sienna is deeply passionate about early intervention, particularly supporting preschool and kindy-aged children. She has a special interest in early literacy, reading and spelling development, helping set children up for success at school and beyond. Sienna brings a warm, thoughtful approach and a genuine love for partnering with families.
Sienna has experience as an Allied Health Assistant, along with placements in education and adult rehabilitation settings. Her background in early childhood has shaped her natural connection with young children and her ability to create sessions that feel safe, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable.
She has completed early literacy training (Read3) and loves helping children build confidence through play, using their interests to guide each session. Whether it’s Lego, games, or something uniquely them, Sienna focuses on making therapy feel positive, empowering, and fun.
Sienna is excited to walk alongside families, building strong relationships and supporting each child’s journey in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her swimming in the ocean, exploring somewhere beautiful, or curled up with a good book and a coffee. She’s a big fan of a sweet treat, values kind words and encouragement, and if she could choose any superpower, it would be exploring the ocean like Aquaman.

Occupational Therapist
Kiara is trained in DIR Floortime and is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things OT. She loves working with children and families to support neurodevelopment, using a vibrant, engaging style that builds children’s play skills, engagement, fine and gross motor skills, and confidence. Kiara is so excited to be joining our community and walking alongside families.
Kiara has experience across hospital and community paediatric settings, where she developed a strong passion for understanding what makes each child light up and supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them. She brings a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach to her work, creating a space where children feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves.
Her sessions are often filled with creativity, colour, and plenty of laughter, as she uses play to build connection, confidence, and meaningful progress. Kiara deeply values relationships and loves partnering with families to support each child’s growth in a way that feels encouraging and sustainable.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Kiara at the beach, out for a coffee, or spending time with her partner, friends, family, and her very big Rottweiler. She’s a cheese lover (with a soft spot for chocolate), appreciates quality time and a helping hand, and enjoys the simple reset of a sunset walk or a freshly lit candle.
If she had a superpower, she’d choose being Spider-Man, purely for the ability to swing past traffic and get where she’s going a little faster.
Team Lead Senior Occupational Therapist
Justine joins Zoe Allied Health with more than 10 years of experience supporting children and families. She has a special interest in early intervention and working with children with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and Down syndrome.
Her sessions are creative, playful and engaging, helping children build important skills in ways that feel meaningful and fun.
Justine is passionate about helping children grow in confidence and develop the everyday skills they need to thrive. She works closely with families, schools and other supports to create practical strategies that help children succeed in their daily environments.
Her therapy sessions often include arts and crafts, games and imaginative activities that make learning feel natural and enjoyable for children.
Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring the Sunshine Coast and finding inspiration in books and movies that often spark new ideas for her therapy sessions.

Clinical Psychologist
Grace is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist who supports children, families, and adults with therapy that’s practical, evidence-based, and genuinely life-giving. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and has broad experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across the lifespan.
She is trained in Circle of Security, Triple P, 1-2-3 Magic, and Emotion Coaching, and draws on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy (ages 4–10) to support emotional regulation, anxiety, anger, and low mood.
A mum of two, Grace brings real-life insight to her work and mentors students and early career psychologists with warmth and encouragement. She’s known for her collaborative, strengths-based approach and her heart to see individuals and families grow in confidence and wellbeing.

Olivia is a passionate dietitian and mum of two, dedicated to building healthy, empowering relationships with food across all ages. She graduated with Honours from USC and supports chronic disease management, oncology, surgical care, aged care meal planning, and pediatric nutrition.
As a parent, Olivia understands feeding challenges firsthand and loves using fun, interactive strategies like food play for fussy eaters. She makes nutrition simple, enjoyable, and stress-free while building lifelong healthy habits for individuals and families.

Allied Health Assistant
Sarah has been an Allied Health Assistant at Zoe for over two years and brings more than 15 years of experience in Early Education, including supporting children with autism. She is PECS-trained and currently expanding her skills through counselling studies to further support children and families.
Sarah brings compassion, creativity, and patience to every session, helping clients feel safe, encouraged, and capable. Outside of Zoe, she enjoys exploring the Sunshine Coast with her partner and three pets and is always ready to celebrate every small win along the way.
Allied Health Assistant
Faith has been with Zoe for nearly a year and brings a lifelong love of working with children, shaped by her upbringing in a big family and experience in medical reception. She has seen the power of therapy in both personal and professional settings and brings empathy and enthusiasm to every session.
Faith loves helping children reach their goals and brings joy, energy, and encouragement into every space she’s in. Outside of Zoe, she’s passionate about singing and supporting youth, always sharing her positivity with those around her.

Kylie is passionate about helping others and celebrating her team’s wins, all whilst super-mumming her three young adults and creating the welcoming, joy-filled environment that Zoe is known for. Adam plays a key role in leading Zoe Global, bringing heart, vision, and a deep sense of purpose to how we connect with communities beyond our local clinics, particularly in the Solomon Islands.
At the centre of his work are people. Adam facilitates team trips, builds strong community relationships, and supports initiatives that are thoughtful, respectful, and designed to create lasting impact. With a natural gift for connection, he creates opportunities for others to step into something meaningful and be part of something bigger than themselves.
Adam’s approach is grounded in listening first, valuing local knowledge, and walking alongside communities in a way that feels genuine and sustainable. He works closely with local leaders to ensure each initiative is culturally aligned and shaped by the community’s real needs and strengths.
Back home, Adam also plays a key role in supporting fundraising and local engagement, helping connect the Zoe community here with the impact happening globally. He has a way of bringing people into the story, helping them see how their contribution, big or small, creates real and lasting change.
A true relationship builder, Adam leads with warmth, humility, and quiet confidence. He believes that when people feel seen, valued, and connected, incredible things can happen, and that’s exactly what he brings into every space he’s part of.
CEO & Founder
Lauren is a Speech Pathologist by trade and the heart behind Zoe, bringing 20 years of clinical experience, leadership, and a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of children, families, and her team. A Sunshine Coast local and mum of three boys, she has worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum, adults with Parkinson’s, and in university-level speech pathology education.
Now focused on leading and coaching the Zoe team, Lauren is passionate about putting the care back in healthcare and ensuring every client and clinician feels supported, celebrated, and empowered.
Together with her husband Adam, she also co-founded Zoe Global Ministries, delivering life-changing projects like water wells and education in rural Solomon Islands communities. Lauren finds her greatest joy in seeing lives transformed, whether through therapy, leadership, or meaningful service.
