We’re a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that thrives on connection and joy. Our clinicians don’t work in silos. We enjoy working together, celebrating each other’s strengths, and making each day meaningful, for ourselves and the families we support. We partner with families, educators, and support teams to offer whole-person care that’s thoughtful, evidence-based, and grounded in compassion. If you’re looking to rediscover the joy in your work, you’ll find it here.

Start strong, with a team that supports you and helps you enjoy the journey. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner, a new graduate ready to grow, or returning to work after a break, Zoe offers more than a job. We offer a place where you belong.

Supportive Culture

We value people, both our clients and our team. We’re a family-friendly workplace that supports flexibility, wellbeing, and the joy of doing life well. Whether it’s school drop-off or a coffee with your coach, we make space for what matters. Your voice is heard, your growth is supported, and you’re part of a team that wants you to thrive.

Meaningful Work

Every day, your work makes a real difference, locally and globally. Whether it’s helping a child build lifelong skills or empowering a parent to feel confident, you’ll see the impact firsthand. Each session is a chance to make a meaningful, lasting contribution to someone’s life.

At Zoe, lifelong learning isn’t just a phrase, it’s how we do things.

Current Opportunities

We’re always on the lookout for passionate, values-driven professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. If that sounds like you, check out our current openings below:

Speech Pathologists

We’re looking for Speech Pathologists who want to help people thrive in every stage of life—whether it’s supporting a child’s early language development, preparing students for school, or helping adults and older clients improve speech, swallowing, and communication. From voice and articulation to literacy, social skills and emotional regulation, you’ll work as part of a close-knit team that believes therapy should feel engaging, empowering and connected.

You’ll collaborate regularly with our Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and clients’ families to deliver holistic, client-centred care. We offer clinic-based, school-based and Telehealth options, and support both full-time and part-time roles. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or early in your career, we’d love to support your growth and goals.

Occupational Therapists (New Graduate or Experienced)

Our OTs support individuals of all ages to develop the skills and confidence they need for everyday living—from handwriting, attention, and emotional regulation in children, to life skills, mobility, or recovery after illness or injury in teens, adults and older clients. We take a strengths-based, personalised approach—empowering our clients to participate in meaningful daily routines at home, school, work, and in the community.

As part of the Zoe team, you’ll enjoy access to mentoring, weekly supervision, and strong peer support. New graduates can expect a structured and supported transition into practice, while experienced OTs will find the freedom to shape their caseloads and explore specialist interests. Our team provides therapy across schools, homes, community settings and clinics, and we’re committed to supporting you in building a fulfilling and balanced career.
