Hi! I’m Kylie, I come from people and office management in the school setting, and look forward to serving you! I can get you connected with the service that will help you and I look forward to welcoming you to both our Sunshine Coast clinics in Caloundra and Maroochydore, where we can serve you with Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and more! Greatest achievement thus far?
I don’t think anything will surpass my 3 fabulous kids! Each one is different in the way they do life but all of us combine together to make our loud vivacious family!

Chocolate!! Always chocolate!!
I’ve tried dark chocolate & white chocolate but milk chocolate is my absolute favourite!! I should buy shares in Cadbury ha!

Best present ever?
Oh I love presents but I actually love buying presents for others more! But I would have to say my best present ever was a tie between a very lovely pandora bracelet and a personalised West Tigers jersey my husband got me!!

MARLEE RADENOVIC

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Marlee grew up on the Sunshine Coast and graduated from ACU with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. Marlee has had extensive experience in multidisciplinary assessment for children with additional needs, and has a special interest in early communication, feeding and social communication.

Marlee is trained in early feeding and orofacial myology support. Marlee is qualified in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and loves supporting children and families in gaining communication skills with this system.

She enjoys working with children and loves making speech pathology sessions fun and empowering. Marlee is dedicated to helping her clients and their families achieve their communication goals by providing the highest quality intervention and continuing to participate in professional development training to support her continued application of neurodiversity affirming practice.

She applies a family-centred approach to therapy and values collaborating with a range of Allied Health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Dietitian’s and Psychologists to provide the best care possible for her clients.

Marlee works across both our Maroochydore and Caloundra clinics, supporting children and families across the Sunshine Coast with their Speech Pathology needs!

I would have to choose chocolate! As much as I love cheese, I feel I wouldn’t be able to live without Milk Chocolate, Mars bars or Twirls.

Why do you love being a Speech Pathologist? 

Being a Speech Pathologist is so rewarding as I get to witness the positive changes that therapy can provide to any individual with a range of speech or language difficulties. Being able to meet and form relationships with you, our clients has been such an important part of being speech pathologist. I look forward to supporting you achieve your full potential and goals!

Why am I excited to work with the team at Zoe? 

The team is so welcoming and supportive! I also love meeting and getting to know new clients. My biggest passion is being able to support others to achieve their full potential and goals – my position at Zoe will give me this amazing opportunity! DARCY

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Darcy graduated from ACU with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. Darcy has had extensive experience in working with children within multidisciplinary environments. Darcy has a special interest in social thinking and executive functioning and language across the lifespan.

Darcy is passionate about communication and inclusion, and her Speech Pathology journey has taken Darcy from remote Indigenous communities to schools, and adult settings – both acute and rehabilitation.

Darcy loves empowering children to feel confident in their communication skills. Ensuring neurodivergent affirming practices, Darcy believes in celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives of every child.

Darcy enjoys working with children and loves making speech pathology sessions fun and empowering and is committed to helping clients and their families achieve their communication goals.

Darcy applies a family-centred approach to therapy and values the collaboration of Zoe’s multidisciplinary service, working with a range of Allied Health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Dietitian’s and Psychologists to provide the best care possible for her clients.

AMANDA CHEAH

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Amanda has over 5 years experience in communication and mealtime interventions for children on the autism spectrum & is based at our Caloundra Clinic. Amanda has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work and a Masters of Speech Pathology. Amanda is qualified in:

  • PECS
  • ABAC
  • Hanen More Than Words.

Amanda has a particular interest in speech sound disorders; bilingual speech and language development, assessment, and intervention.

Amanda applies a family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approaches to therapy and values collaborating with a range of Allied Health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Dietitian’s and Psychologists to provide the best care possible for her clients and can’t wait to meet you!

Fun Facts About Lauren:

Hi, I’m Lauren! I am a Sunshine Coast local, married with 3 boisterous boys. My previous experience includes 17 years (eek!) of clinical practise, leadership roles in ASD teams of Speech Pathologists, and training up-and-coming Speech Pathologists at James Cook University. I am excited you have reached out to us, you are important to us and we look forward to helping your family enjoy life even more.

I have spent much of my career working with children with Autism, adults with Parkinson’s Disease, training upcoming Speech Pathologists and coaching family members, educators and support staff. From helping children to learn their speech sounds, to supporting educators gain insight into supporting their students, my greatest joy is seeing other’s lives impacted for good. Whilst a Speechie by trade, I now devote my time to the training and development of our team to offer and provide gold standard treatment and care to our clients and community.

My husband, Adam and I have founded Zoe Global Ministries, to equip and mobilise teams of people for cross-cultural projects and support in developing communities and nations. As a team, we partner with Zoe Global financially and in therapy supports, so far we have put in 4 water wells in rural communities in the Solomon Islands.

I adore time with my husband and three boys, and am passionate about empowering people of all nations and generations to enjoy life to it’s fullest, and now – I’d love to get to know you!

JENNA SARGEANT

SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Jenna is an Occupational Therapist who completed her training at The University of Sydney in 2007. 

Jenna loves being a part of each child’s journey and helping them reach their full potential. Using a family-centred approach, and evidence-based practice she has assisted many children to overcome challenges in participating in play, self care and learning new skills. This approach sees the parents as the experts on their child and works with the parents to find solutions that best suit their child’s need within their individual family setting.

She has worked in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams, in urban, remote, school, clinic and community settings. She was responsible for a variety of services to children and adults with a range of intellectual and physical disabilities. She has worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, foetal alcohol spectrum disorder, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours.

Jenna is trained in and enjoys working with several approaches including early intervention (using Transdisciplinary Key Worker model):

  • Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)
  • Integrated Listening System (iLs)
  • Reframe your thinking around Autism
  • Hanen:SPARK and SleepAbility
  • Talking Toileting
  • Regulation, Visual Perception, Primitive Reflexes and Executive Function.

Jenna continues to participate in professional development training to support her continued application of neurodiversity affirming practice.

Jenna really enjoys working collaboratively with a person and their support system. She values the importance of play, attachment and being active outdoors. As a mother of three young children, she also understands the constant challenge to find balance in life. She loves spending time with her family while adventuring and learning more about the culture and country in Australia. 

When children have consistent, positive and meaningful experiences in all their environments, they are better able to succeed! EMMA O’BRIEN

SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University Albury in 2009.
Emma is passionate about Occupational Therapy, and helping people of all ages and stages life their best life. With a focus on family-centred practice to empower the family, Emma has supported families, stakeholders and clients for over 15 years providing compassionate, holistic and comprehensive assessments, Functional Capacity and Aged Care Assessments, nurturing therapeutic interventions in clinical, home-based and community settings.
Emma enjoys being a part of your journey towards gaining the supports you need, including funding applications and reviews to best get you the support you need for ongoing interventions. Emma has worked in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams is trained in:
  • Positive Partnerships (Autism)
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Sensory Processing & Supporting Successful Transitions
  • Fall and Violence Prevention

GRACE ROSENTHAL

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Grace is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba. Since then she has focused her practice on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health issues across the lifespan, through not-for profit and private sector positions.  

Grace possesses extensive experience working with children and families and is trained in Circle of Security, 1-2-3 Magic and Emotion Coaching and Triple P Parenting approaches. Grace has begun formal study in systemic therapy, working towards her accreditation as a Family Therapist.  

Grace is trained in and enjoys working with several approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Play Therapy (for children aged 4-10 years). These strategies are helpful when working with a wide range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, anger and stress in adults, young people and children. 

Grace is also a STAP (Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program) accredited supervisor, recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia. Grace is passionate about supporting other psychologists in their clinical practice.

Annelise comes to Zoe with a range of experience in dietetics from working with adults and children in the hospital, community and in clinical research.
Anna is passionate about empowering families and individuals with skills and knowledge to find the healthiest versions of themselves using evidenced-based strategies and neurodiversity-affirming approaches to support children and families along the journey.
A family-orientated approach with the multidisciplinary team at Zoe is something that Anna values highly to support achieving your goals.
Before becoming a Dietitian, Anna was an elite athlete representing Australia. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her Cavalier puppy Harry, hiking and going to the beach.

Hi! I’m Sarah,
I have been working in the Early Education industry for 15+ years and have spent the past year working with allied health professionals, in an Early Education centre for children with autism. I have always had a passion for assisting people to work through challenges and live their best life.

I am gaining further qualifications in Allied Health, and am PECS trained (Picture Exchange Communication System) – a common AAC choice for children and adults with autism.

In my down time, I love spending time with my partner and our 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) and exploring all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

In my role with Zoe, I will be caring and supporting your social, therapeutic and employment goals. I am a qualified Youth Worker and have trained in numerous therapeutic programs to support children, youth and adults.
