🌴 Are you a New Grad? We love New Grads!
Zoe Allied Health is looking for a passionate OT to join our experienced team.
Welcome to Zoe:
- We are a premium multidisciplinary Allied Health Clinic on the Sunshine Coast working with children and families.
- We are well known for providing excellent and genuinely caring services with Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Dietetics and Support Services through first-class client experiences for children and families.
- We network with some of the top allied health professionals in Australia and bring them to you!
- We provide services and fund life-giving projects for communities in developing nations – building a legacy is our middle name.
- We are known for our love and care of team and for finding the fun in the day to day. Zoe means life, joy, abundance – we live to help others enjoy life – and that includes you!
We focus on bringing out the best in our team, because we know this will result in the best experience for our clients. So,
- If you love people and enjoy adding value to their lives,
- If you are passionate about occupational therapy and MDT, and feel you would like to make a difference,
- If you want mentoring, support and the ability to be a part of something special
We want to have a coffee with you!
Working with children and their families is an exceptionally rewarding and challenging path. It requires thinking outside of the box and being adaptable to the needs of your clients. That’s why we want to talk to those people who are passionate about this area. Some of the common diagnoses we support include Autism, ADHD and Anxiety. The successful applicant will also be responsible to collaborate with our amazing team to create interdisciplinary team care plans for the clients of Zoe Allied Health.
🌴 At Zoe, we believe in investing heavily in our team’s development. This means:
- Weekly 1:1 Mentoring with our Team Lead
- Bi-Weekly OT specific professional development and case reviews
- Bi-Weekly Multidisciplinary team meeting to broaden your skills
- A healthy CPD budget to use as you see fit
- Access to online courses and libraries
- A robust Employee Assistance Program to give the support that’s needed
- Quarterly Team Development Days – where we go off-site for the perfect balance of personal and professional development.
- Annual retreat (let’s find a palm tree!)
✅ Here’s why you’ll love getting to work with us:
- You get flexible hours and working arrangements – we go for ‘work smart, play always’, and hybrid models which let you enjoy working from home and the social clinic environment! This role is available as a full time role or can be adapted to suit the right applicant.
- You get ongoing, consistent and structured coaching and training that goes well beyond your first 100 days.
- You get to work with a positive and committed team who serve, support and celebrate each other – for every reason we can find!
- You get to help us with creating new ways to do business.
- You get to build your ideal week through career pathways built specifically to you. We’d love to (actually) make this your reality.
- You get to develop your skills across both paediatrics and adults, with the opportunity to specialise in your key interest areas.
- You get a paid day off on your birthday and you get to live and work on the beautiful Sunshine Coast!
- You get to add value to the lives of our clients and Team – help us put the care back into healthcare, and use the wisdom you’ve gained for good!
- You get excellent work conditions: a calm and relaxing work-space, snacks on hand, coffee deliveries.
- You get to be a part of something bigger than yourself through our global outreach activities and trips.
- On top of all this, you get a bespoke package including our reward package and generous PD that goes above and beyond your base salary.
🎉 Your Responsibilities:
- Providing face to face and occasional tele-support to clients in both a community and clinical setting on the Sunshine Coast.
- Providing coaching and educational opportunities for clients, parents, carers and staff.
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating services for Zoe’s clients.
- Communicating and working efficiently and collaboratively with the team to ensure best practice & integrated client care.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right OT to join our team and be part of the action! If you’d like to learn more about any of the above, we’d love to hear from you! 🥳 Reach out to Lauren at lauren.kevu@zoealliedhealth.com.au or via phone 07 5293 7612
