About your role with ZOE
We provide excellent, client and family-centred services to children and adults in the clinic, education and home settings. We offer Dietetics, Allied Health Assistant services, Food and Social Schools, individual and group-based interventions.
We support you to develop and build your caseload in your unique areas of interest. Each day you be resourced to serve, support and celebrate your clients, to do that well we provide:
• Capped number of clients daily.
• Additional admin time each day; an additional afternoon of admin for full time team members.
• Full-time admin support.
• Formal support and supervision; weekly Team Meetings; daily informal support.

About You
We are looking for a clinician who is self-motivated, shows initiative and is capable of working independently within a team-based approach. We value multiplication and innovation, thoughtfulness and service – this applies to how we fit together as a team, and to how we approach our service – to serve, support and celebrate our community.
The successful applicant will be a Speech Pathologist, preferably with post-graduate experience in paediatrics and/or adults (stroke/voice). New graduates are welcome to apply, we have a structured new graduate “A-to-ZOE Program”. You must have good clinical reasoning, organisational and communication skills. Experience using standardised assessments, report writing and social thinking curriculums is beneficial. Demonstration of a natural, therapeutic and professional style is valued.
Required Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
• Professional Qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Current Driver’s License and own car
• Current Working With Children Positive Notice Blue Card
• NDIS worker check
Essential Criteria
• Knowledge of the provision of and therapy services to children presenting with a range of difficulties.
• Knowledge of the provision of and therapy services to adults (stroke/voice).
• Knowledge of working with children with ASD, developmental delay, and disability populations.
• Experience working collaboratively with families and clients to develop therapy goals.
• Commitment to personal and professional development, evidence-based practice, and measuring clinical outcomes.
• An inclusive mindset to recognise the value and potential of people with a disability.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience delivering services to children/families/adults.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing and prioritising a clinical caseload or workload.
• Experience building capacity with individuals, parents and families.
• LSVT, PECS or similar, Hanen, Social Thinking.
